1 of 3: At the moment, you can't. It's too hot to touch.
2 of 3: You just need to find a way to cool it down. There are two ways to do this, one magical and one scientific.
3 of 3: You can either cast the TINSOT spell on the fragment, or fill the bottle (from the Ocean) with water and pour it on the fragment.
