How do I get a pass for the Information Building?
1 of 6: Rupert has one.
2 of 6: But he's not giving it to you! "I'm no pushover you know!"
3 of 6: Push Rupert over.
4 of 6: You can do this by running into him at high speed.
5 of 6: Phillis sells hyper boots.
6 of 6: Activate the hyper boots and run into him. He'll drop the pass and you can pick it up. Once Joshua has been nice to you, you can give the pass back to Rupert and he won't even be cross!
