Go to all of the antannaes and blow them up with plastique, available on level 4. There's not much to know, although the core can only be accessed through one door on the north (there is a switch there, and the eastern and southern door can be opened from the inside) after you hit the Core Locks Button. The Security Block door will help when you have to go back here later on.
Lastly SHODAN will trap you at the south antenna with the explosives. Quickly, run, solve the puzzle, and get out! Of course, if you have puzzles higher than 0, this could be difficult. If you must, hide on the other side of the antenna to shield yourself from the blast. Or, make sure you hit the Cyborg Regeneration switch, so you come back alive. After that's done, you'll get clearance to blow up the reactor.
