System Shock Hints

  • You'll have two trips to this place: one to raise the shields and put in the laser override code, and another one to set the reactor to blow.  So, first things first:

    Point B is where you put the X-22 Isotope from Level 2.  Right next to it you can engage the shields.  Easy enough.

    Now, to head to point E to get to the laser override lever.  At one point, you'll be faced with a bridge that goes either left or right.  To the left is the reactor; don't go that way!  You'll get a high dose of radiation poisoning!  Go right instead, and to the button.  Input the override code (199) and pull the lever.  Your job here is done, so head back to level 2.

    For the second visit: all of those radioactive shielded doors are now open, but you also need an ENG access card from either level 2 or level 7..  You also need an Enviro-Suit v2, found on Level 3, or else you'll need a lot of Detox and Medi patches!  Head to point F, and go to the center of the level (previously, there were cage doors blocking the area).  Ride up, and input the reactor destroy code, which changes every game.  Now, get out and head to level 5.
