Well, first off, you'll need to find all of the access cards. Check for them on a corpse at poitn B -- which you can reach via a secret passage after going into the Teleporter at point K -- and on a Cyborg at point E. Also, if you encounter an area with no lights, you'll obviously need to turn them on -- go to point F, and pull the one switch that will move to turn on those lights.
Once you destroy the nodes at Point G, check in the thermos on the floor for another card. At this point SHODAN will also release some Cyborgs onto you. Kill them, of course. Pick up the Isotope X-22 at point M while you're here. There's a switch in the room that lowers the force field around the isotope.
At point H, there's a lever that stops production of Hoppers. The code to this is 623. You'll need to solve a couple puzzles to get there, though.
