What do I have to do here?
Well, Environmental Suit v2 is here, but you won't be able to get it until nearly all the cameras are gone. And you can't get all of the cameras until you try to jettison Beta Grove. When you do that, all the doors that say "No maintenance required" will now open. You will also need an Interface Demodulator found here to fix a broken relay.
