Go to all of the Groves you can reach (Alpha and Delta, at points K and C respectively) and hit the Jettison Enable in each. You'll need the AMD card at point B before you can get much farther. You can then go into Beta Grove (it's at point E, and you'll want an Enviro-Suit before you can go in) to hit the switch in there.
Now, the maintenance passage code is 711 -- head through the passageway to point F. Destroy the Cyborg Edward Diego and try to hit the Master Jettison Enable switch. However, the Jettison still won't be enabled. So head back down to level 3 to replace the busted relay. Head back here now, and try the Master Jettison again. Go back to Beta Grove and hit the Jettison switch in the lobby. Yay! It's done!
To make life easier going from the Master Jettison to the elevator, there's a transporter close to the switch. First, enable the transporter by going into the Cyberspace station at point I. Now go into the transporter to reach a secret passage near the entrance.
