How can I destroy the shuttle to the east?

1 of 6: Both shuttles are protected by shield generators.

There are controls to the shield generators above the Shuttle Bays, in Shuttle Command.
- How do I get into Shuttle Command?
3 of 6: Once you reach the controls, just use them, and the shields will come down.
4 of 6: You can then destroy the shuttle as you would any other piece of machinery.
5 of 6: Like a turret.
6 of 6: Try using armor-piercing ammunition or EMP-based weapons, if you have them.
