How can I defeat SHODAN?
1 of 9: First of all, you need to keep heading through SHODAN's projections until you get to a room with SHODAN herself in it.
2 of 9: Then, you should focus your efforts on SHODAN, in the center of the room. The creature that SHODAN has summoned down here cannot be killed permanently -- SHODAN will just keep resummoning it. But you can still gain a few seconds of freedom from that creature if you "kill" it.
3 of 9: Try armor-piercing or EMP-based attacks against the creature if you have them.
4 of 9: SHODAN is also protected by a shield.
5 of 9: The shield does have its faults, though.
6 of 9: Delacroix helped introduce one.
7 of 9: If you have a hacking skill, you can try hacking your way into the three shield computers surrounding SHODAN. Once all of these have been hacked, you can attack SHODAN directly.
8 of 9: An ICE-Pick or the Remote Circuitry Manipulations psi power (in tier 4) will also work here. Be warned, though, that psi hacking doesn't give you a very high skill, so you may have to try each hack several times.
9 of 9: If none of these work, your only choice is to try to attack the shield. The shield can be weakened, but only for brief periods before it regenerates. It will also rotate while regenerating.
