Maintenance
Each weapon has its own maintenance requirement. You must have a disposable maintenance tool *and* the requisite skill to be able to maintain a weapon. Each point of Maintenance skill improves the condition of your weapon by 1 point (on a scale of 10). Also, all charged items can hold an additional 10 charges, plus any bonuses from modifications, per point of skill. This is therefore an important skill for users of energy weapons.
