System Shock 2 Hints
Psionics
A higher PSI statistic makes many of your psi powers more powerful. You also get 10 more psi points with every PSI statistic (at normal difficulty). Finally, the yellow box allowing you to overload your psi powers becomes wider at higher PSI levels, so you can overload more quickly and have less chance of burning out. This is obviously an important statistic if you're planning on using a lot of psi powers throughout the game, but otherwise, a few levels of PSI are probably sufficient.
