1 of 2: All that you can do is described in the two previous questions. But if you want a perfect score, now is probably a good time to save in case you have to go back to fill in a detail or two.
2 of 2: Once you've finished on the bridge and in sickbay, just use your communicator to reach the Enterprise and tell them you're ready to leave.
