Star Trek: A Final Unity Hints
How can I save the power core?
1 of 6: You can't do that without Dr. Griems' help.
2 of 6: You're going to have to find someone to talk to Griems who can get through to him to get instructions on saving the core.
3 of 6: You have two choices, actually. Talk to the members of your away team to find out who can help.
4 of 6: You can either use Troi or Geordi. But I had a little trouble having Geordi get through to Griems -- it appears that you must either have Geordi talk to Griems before anyone else does, or you have to have one of the other crew members talk to Geordi to get him to volunteer to help (and even then, I think you may have to let everyone else try talking to Griems once). If you don't do either of those things, the proper dialogue option will not appear.
5 of 6: Have Geordi start by saying "We're here to help ..." (if you have that option) and then "... my job is to work miracles ...". Or send Troi down from the Enterprise, and then have her say "How can we help if you won't give us a chance?". Then, follow through the rest of the conversation for instructions.
6 of 6: Get the phase inverter and wave reduction converter from the lab, install the inverter in the damaged part of the conduit (to the back of the main room in engineering), and then use the wave converter on the conduit to repair it.
