1 of 3: If you went to Frigis to help save the planet from Romulans, then you should have been given a Chodak isolinear rod and programmer.
2 of 3: Use the rod in the port on the computer, and then use the programmer on the rod to activate the computer.
3 of 3: Scan the data with your tricorder, and then remove the rod for later use.
