1 of 4: The Daklaktakpak speak mathematically, so you need a translator.
2 of 4: There are two methods to getting a translator:
3 of 4: Destroy all of the Daktaklakpaks in all of the colony worlds of your allies, plus the one at the Q-Space portal.
4 of 4: Or talk to the K'Tang at Argus to get some information about their language.
