How do I buy back their colonies?
1 of 5: Talk to Doogs at any one of their colonies.
2 of 5: You might as well offer to pay the 10 RU's that the Doog requests.
3 of 5: Wait until ICOM tells you how much the colony owes.
4 of 5: Then, offer to buy the colony when you talk to the Doog.
5 of 5: You can do this with all five Doog colonies and get tons of their ships!
