1 of 6: Try to send a science team down to the planet, and ICOM informs you that you need a mindless tech team.
2 of 6: Who better to make your crew mindless than someone with psionic powers?
3 of 6: Ask the Syreen to clear your tech team of thought.
4 of 6: Then, head back the Exquivo and beam them down: click on them in the inventory and send them down, but don't click on the terrain window.
5 of 6: You'll then find out about the crashed Precursor vessel, as well as the True Names of the Eternal Ones.
