Where are the rebel Ploxis?
1 of 3: Once you've allied with all of the Crux races, a new Quasi-space portal should appear.
2 of 3: Check it out, and go on through.
3 of 3: Talk to the Ploxis. There seems to be a bug here -- they will only fill up one of the empty ships, and the others are left empty.
