How do I save myself from the exercise machine?

3 of 8: It says a certain frequency operates machines.
4 of 8: So, if you jam that frequency, you can stop it.
5 of 8: The frequency is 710 so turn the jammer to 710.
6 of 8: You may need to attach something to the jammer.
7 of 8: Something with as many prongs as sockets in the jammer.
