How can I use the buttons in the power plant?
1 of 4: They're being held in place by bolts.
2 of 4: You can loosen the bolts with something you should have picked up in the recycling plant.
3 of 4: Use the wrench from Hobbin's cupboard on the buttons to remove the bolts.
4 of 4: If you didn't get the wrench, you will be allowed back into the recycling plant eventually, although I don't know exactly when you're allowed back in, or if that's soon enough to let you solve this puzzle. You may have to restore to pick up the wrench if you don't already have it.
