How do I open the door?
1 of 6: You'll need something to pry the boards off.
2 of 6: Chances are, you've already seen something suitable -- although you could not pick it up earlier. (Victoria must look at the door before it will be available.)
3 of 6: Go back to the rooms you explored when searching for evidence.
4 of 6: Remember the junk pile?
5 of 6: Even though you couldn't do anything with the junk pile before, it is now possible to pull off a lead pipe.
6 of 6: Take the pipe back to the door. When Victoria is standing near the door, select the pipe from inventory; then select the "closed fist" icon.
