What is the complete solution?
1 of 9: Place the empty bucket under the tank, and open the top spigot, filling the tank with 5L of water.
2 of 9: Open the tap at the bottom of the tank, to drain 3L of water into the bucket (leaving 2L in the tank).
3 of 9: Dump the contents of the bucket into the sink, emptying the bucket.
4 of 9: Open the tap at the bottom of the tank, to drain the remaining 2L of water into the bucket.
5 of 9: New open the top spigot, filling the tank once again with 5L of water.
6 of 9: Open the tap at the bottom of the tank. Since the bucket already contains 2L of water, only 1L of water will move from the tank into the bucket.
7 of 9: This leaves 4L of water in the top tank -- exactly what we need.
8 of 9: Push the small red button on the left side of the tank, near the top.
9 of 9: The light bulb lights, power is restored, and the reservoir drains.
