Still Life Hints
How do I place a ring in the puzzle?
1 of 7: Begin by selecting any of the six rings. You can do that by clicking on a ring.
2 of 7: When a ring is selected, it will appear in a "rotation image" -- with two arrows about the image of the ring. Clicking either arrow will rotate the ring in the direction of the arrow.
3 of 7: Examine each ring closely, rotating it if necessary, to see where it might "fit" into the six squares of the puzzle.
4 of 7: Some rings may fit in only one square, and in only one rotational position. Other rings may be able to fit into more than one square, or more than one position.
5 of 7: Once you have selected a ring, and rotated it to a position that matches one of the markings, click on that marking to place the ring in that square, in the selected position.
6 of 7: If you wish to remove a ring that has already been placed in one of the puzzle squares, just click on it to bring it back to its "rotational image" area. From there, it may be rotated and/or moved to another square, or returned to the tray at the top of the screen.
7 of 7: Note that, if there is already a ring in the "rotational area", you will not be able to remove another ring from the puzzle, until the ring already in the "rotational area" is either placed into the puzzle, or put back in the ring tray at the top of the screen.
