1 of 8: The following information will allow you to select the rings in the optimum order, and place them in the correct square. Proper orientation (rotation) should be obvious, and is left as an exercise to the player!
2 of 8: As the rings are numbered 1-6 in the tray, now number the squares of the puzzle from 1-6, where 1-3 are the squares in the top row, and 4-6 are the squares in the bottom row.
3 of 8: Take ring 6 from the tray, rotate it appropriately, and place it in square 5.
4 of 8: Take ring 3 from the tray, rotate it appropriately, and place it in square 1.
5 of 8: Take ring 2 from the tray, and position it correctly in square 4.
6 of 8: Take ring 1 from the tray, and position it correctly in square 2.
7 of 8: Ring 4 can be placed in square 3...
8 of 8: ... and ring 5 will go into the final position, square 6.
