Morgue and Office: How do I report to Todd?
1 of 6: His office is upstairs -- on the eighth floor.
2 of 6: Walk Victoria into the office on the left (where she and Miller have their desks), Todd will walk in behind her.
3 of 6: Todd "invites" Victoria into his office, and "requests" a cup of coffee. He then walks into his own office.
4 of 6: Once you have the cup of coffee, walk right into Todd's office.
5 of 6: That's the office at the back right corner of the room where Victoria and Miller both have their desks.
6 of 6: Victoria can either offer Todd the coffee by speaking with him, or she can walk closer to him (until the closed fist icon flashes in the top left corner of the screen), and give him the coffee out of her inventory.
