1 of 2: You're going to need to have found Anderson's blood up on the balcony out from the charred room, then reported that finding to Sheriff Halloway, who can be found drinking coffee in the kitchen.
2 of 2: She will make some calls, and let you know that there were two hatches built on the property sometime in the 1950s. Finding them is your next objective.
