How can I open the electrical cabinet without shocking myself?
1 of 7: You're going to need to do something to short-circuit the fuses.
2 of 7: Did you notice that the box is on the wall adjoining with the room you were just in?
3 of 7: And, on the opposite side of that wall, back in that first room, there's an exposed fuse box.
4 of 7: You need to destroy or damage that fuse box.
5 of 7: You can use an item in your inventory to do this.
6 of 7: Use the fire extinguisher on the fuses to break them.
