How do I operate the Succ-U-Bus?

  • 1 of 6: Read your manual.  It pretty much tells you everything that you need to know about how to send something with the Succ-U-Bus.  You will need to know how to use many of the features of your PET to get the Succ-U-Bus working.
  • 2 of 6: The key thing is to figure out how to give the proper destination to the Succ-U-Bus.
  • 3 of 6: Use the designer room chevrons.  (One of the PET modes is just for those codes.)
  • 4 of 6: When you're in a room, you can drag the code on your left into an empty slot. It will then be saved in your "inventory" of codes.  Do this while you're in the room to which you want to send the item.
  • 5 of 6: After you've put an item in the Succ-U-Bus, drag the destination code the Succ-U-Bus.  You should hear a sound to confirm the destination was accepted. Then, and only then, should you press the "Send" button.
  • 6 of 6: You can claim the item at its destination by pressing "Receive" in front of the Succ-U-Bus in that room.  Drag the item into your PET to claim it.
