How do I fix the fan on the Promenade Deck?

  • 1 of 13: The fuse is blown.
  • 2 of 13: You'll have to find a replacement fuse.
  • 3 of 13: Have you found Mother yet?
  • 4 of 13: Go to the Bilge Room.  She (?) is there.
  • 5 of 13: Try talking to her.  She seems awfully sick.
  • 6 of 13: Or at least, she has something caught in her throat.
  • 7 of 13: Maybe you could do something to help her get it out.
  • 8 of 13: Try tickling her.
  • 9 of 13: Have you tried to pick up the parrot from the Parrot Room near the Top of the Well?
  • 10 of 13: Drag the parrot into your inventory and try to leave the room.  You won't get the parrot, but you will get one of his feathers.
  • 11 of 13: Give that to Mother.  Then send the feather somewhere (it doesn't matter where).
  • 12 of 13: Mother will cough out a dead body, which is holding the blue fuse you need. You will also get Titania's olfactory center.
  • 13 of 13: Now, just take the fuse to the fuse box in Titania's Chamber.  There are several warning signs telling you not to service the fuse box yourself -- just ignore them and open the box.  Put the blue fuse in the blue slot and turn the dial to the right.  This will allow you to use the fan.
