2 of 7: Use your science tricorder on the solider to find out that it's a power source.
3 of 7: Now try asking for it.
4 of 7: Talk to him about the locket, and he'll offer it in exchange for your delivering a letter to his girlfriend.
5 of 7: There's really not much reason to know who will take the letter. Read on for the answer.
