Volcanic Disaster
1 of 4: This mission is available at the Tryton Institute.
2 of 4: You will need Depth Charges and extra Hull Strength to do this mission.
3 of 4: Persistence pays.
4 of 4: This mission is rough on the old hull, so buying one or more Hull Strength upgrades would be a good idea. Get a lot of Depth Charges too, as it is hard to target the volcanic vent when the boulders are shooting out. I think 12 will do it if you are a good shot, or you might need 16 if you are like me. Go to the volcano, and start dropping charges into the hole. You can use the F3 view to get a better look at the target. Try to run in when the volcano is pausing, if you can. Fire low, right over the hole. The friendly scientist will keep you informed of your progress, so just keep hammering away at the target, and try not to catch too many boulders!
