1 of 5: You'll want to convince Nico to sign with Motta as is.
2 of 5: Ask Nico why he won't sign.
3 of 5: Don't bother beating around the bush, just cut straight to the chase and threaten him with homicide -- he'll come around.
4 of 5: Then go back and talk to Motta.
5 of 5: Tell him Nico was willing to sign, and then persuade him to give you a bit more by threatening him.
