1 of 4: You'll want to try to get Bastilla to join you.
2 of 4: It's not very hard -- she wants to team up with you rather than be Malak's apprentice.
3 of 4: Beat her once, and then say that you are stronger than Malak, and that she should join you and rule the galaxy with you.
4 of 4: You'll have to fight her again to prove you are strong, and then she'll join you.
