1 of 4: This is fairly simple.
2 of 4: Just bring the serum back to Zelka Forn, and you'll complete the quest.
3 of 4: He'll also sell you samples of the serum, which you can use in other quests.
4 of 4: Note that with the serum, you can now heal the infected outcasts in the Undercity, and you can also heal the Republic Soldier by the crashed escape pod in the northern Undercity.
