1 of 5: You'll get a hint towards the solution when you leave the medical building after first getting the quest.
2 of 5: Gurney, Zelka's assistant will tell you that Zax will pay you a good sum of money for the Rakghoul serum, since Davik wants to get his hands on it.
3 of 5: Once you have the serum, bring it down to Javyyars Cantina in the Lower City, and talk to Zax.
4 of 5: Tell him you have the serum, and that you will sell it to him.
5 of 5: If you have very high persuade, you can demand more money.
