How can I get another proton core?
1 of 4: Have you seen any rooms with proton missiles in them during your exploration of the command deck?
2 of 4: There's a set of missiles called "missile bay" in the maintenance bay (the room with the workbench).
3 of 4: Use the missile bay control panel at the other end of the room to ready the missiles for launch.
4 of 4: Now you can click on the "missile bay" to remove a proton core.
