Where can I find the two escaped criminals?
1 of 6: How about in the offices of a major criminal organization?
2 of 6: Try the Czerka offices in Residential 082 East.
3 of 6: When you approach Jana Lorso's desk, she'll be conversing with the two criminals, who will get away for now.
4 of 6: You can't follow them right away, so report back to Lt. Grenn to see what he has to say.
5 of 6: You could lie and say you killed the criminals to get the reward for them and end the quest now, and it doesn't even cause you to get any Dark Side points!
6 of 6: If you tell Grenn the truth about them escaping to the restoration zones, you're supposed to be able to find and grind them after you take a shuttle down to a restoration zone, but I was never able to find them (so I advise you to lie to Grenn and be done with it).
