How do I get the bachani leaves?

  • 1 of 9: Samhan told you that there's a bachani plant in the vivarium section of the Ithorian compound in Residential 082 West.
  • 2 of 9: The vivarium is the NE room of the compound.
  • 3 of 9: The bachani plant really stands out, since it looks like it's surrounded by a fizzly force field.
  • 4 of 9: Well, it's not exactly a force field, but it is a sophisticated security system. You can't just take a leaf without being caught by the nearby Ithorian.
  • 5 of 9: You could nab a leaf and then threaten to kill the Ithorian when he catches you.
  • 6 of 9: Or if your Awareness and Security skills are high enough, you can detect the security system on the plant and then deactivate it.
  • 7 of 9: Or you could talk to the Ithorian, ask what he does there, and then persuade him that you're there to collect plant specimens for Lt. Grenn. He'll shut down the security system for you so you can take your sample.
  • 8 of 9: Or you could slice the security console next to the Ithorian to shut down the security system, and then take a sample from the plant. What options!
  • 9 of 9: However you get the bachani leaves, hand them over to Samhan to get him to give you access to his "special reserves" (which are some really nice items you can buy). However, don't buy anything yet, since you'll be able to get a discount on everything once you completely finish all of his missions.
