Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Hints
T3-M4 only has 5 out of 30 vitality points! How can I repair him?
1 of 6: You'll need to find or create a repair kit.
2 of 6: There aren't any just lying around, so you'll have to find a workbench and make one.
3 of 6: This can only be done in the ship's garage area.
4 of 6: Use the workbench there to break down something (like a "parts" object or a broken object) into components, and then create a repair kit from the components.
5 of 6: NOTE: "Components" are generic little building blocks that don't appear as items in the party inventory list. If, for instance, you break down a "parts" object to get four components and then make only one repair kit, you'll still have three components left that you can use with a workbench later. (You can also sometimes find components in containers.)
6 of 6: Once you make a repair kit, have T3-M4 use it from the inventory screen. That'll get him back to full health.
