Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Hints
How do I find out why Zherron has been stirring up the mercs?
1 of 7: Start by talking to Berun Modrul in the Khoonda building about Zherron and recent troubles.
2 of 7: Berun wants you to find evidence of Zherron's secret dealings and take it to Administrator Adare.
3 of 7: In order to find this evidence, get Bao-Dur into your party if your Repair skill is low and then do the optional mission of finding the lost atmospheric sensors.
4 of 7: Once you have the sensors and know there are surveillance devices in them, you can show them to Adare and finish this mission instead of turning them over to Saedhe.
5 of 7: WARNING: After you show Adare the evidence against Zherron, he won't want to talk to you, and you won't be able to get any reward from him on any of the optional missions he gives if you haven't already completed them.
6 of 7: ALTERNATIVE: If you decide to give the sensors to Saedhe instead of Adare, you can tell Zherron that Berun wants you to investigate him because he's provoking the mercs. Then persuade him to let you help, and he'll have you give a secret message to a merc captain named Dopak.
7 of 7: You can find Dopak in the merc camp at the east end of the Enclave courtyard area. Give the message to him and then report back to Zherron. This appears to do nothing, but Dopak will switch sides in the big mercenary battle later on.
