How can I negotiate a new fuel source for Citadel Station at Telos?
1 of 12: You need to talk to Vogga the Hutt about that.
2 of 12: Go to the docks area and find Vogga's enclave at the north end.
3 of 12: To get in to see Vogga, you'll have to get past his thug by the security door.
4 of 12: You won't know what to say to the thug to get yourself it at first, so do a little looking (and listening) around.
5 of 12: You need to go into stealth mode and overhear a private conversation.
6 of 12: Go to the cantina in the entertainment promenade area, go into stealth mode (or have a companion do it if your Stealth skill isn't good), and then approach the two Vogga thugs who're having a whispered conversation in a secluded corner.
7 of 12: You'll learn that mentioning Goto is a good way to get in to see Vogga.
8 of 12: ALTERNATIVES: Instead of doing the sneaky stuff, you can just talk to Fassa in the docks area about business and the hijackings. Or you can start on the optional mission to break into Vogga's vault.
9 of 12: So return to Vogga's area at the docks and mention Goto or the hijackings to the thug to get in.
10 of 12: Talk to Vogga to learn that he's willing to send some fuel reserves of his to Citadel Station, but he can't do it until Goto's hijackings are stopped.
11 of 12: You'll have to finish the local Jedi-hunting main mission and then report back to Vogga.
