How can I help Lasavvou leave Nar Shaddaa?
1 of 6: Find him in his room in the docks flophouse and ask him.
2 of 6: When he explains his predicament, ask for a power cell in exchange for helping him. (If you have Kahranna's mission, you can also ask Lasavvou to transport her family.)
4 of 6: If you've already helped Fassa out with his problem (see link below), he'll immediately agree to let Lasavvou leave. Otherwise, you'll have to promise him a power cell from Lasavvou's inventory or pay off the docking fee in credits.
5 of 6: Now go tell Lasavvou the good news to finish the mission and get a cryogenic power cell.
6 of 6: NOTE: If you want him to transport Kahranna's family, you'll have to use your Awareness skill to detect that he's really not intending to, and then persuade him to honor his agreement.
