1 of 5: Be sure to search every corpse for remains after a battle, even with the wild animals -- they can have some good items on them. Also, check around other crashed ships for salvageable parts and dead bodies with stuff on them.
2 of 5: Once you're in the Mandalorian ruins, you can talk to the Mandalorian Guide near the exit to the jungle to have him take you directly to your ship and back. Nice and fast!
3 of 5: In the Mandalorian ruins, you can have someone with good Sneak and Security skills go into stealth mode and open the locked security door inside the command center. The room beyond has several treasure containers. (If you can't sneak well enough, you can wait until you return from Onderon and raid the room then.)
4 of 5: Be sure to search around the Mandalorian ruins for several bags and metal boxes that contain random items.
5 of 5: A short ways NW of the exit to the jungle is Kex, who has a store inventory you can buy from.
