How can I continue on from the central mining core?
1 of 8: All four corners of the area are protected by containment force fields.
2 of 8: The SW corner has the exit, so you'll need to drop those force fields (and deal with the droids) before you can leave.
3 of 8: NOTE: As in the large admin area with the comm blister, you can either blast each droid to pieces (some of which can't be shot until you drop the force fields) or you can use the computer to reprogram them to be non-hostile. In fact, you can use the computer to get them to be hostile to each other and to open a high-security door for you.
4 of 8: When you enter the central mining core, run for the center of its bridge.
5 of 8: Use its central controller console to call up the droid command functions and do what you want to the droids.
6 of 8: TIP: To really max out your XP, first use the computer to program the droids to be non-hostile to organics, then reprogram them to be hostile to each other. That way you get the XP (up to 1,000 if you've killed no droids at all) for stopping them from attacking you, plus all the XP from killing them off! If you're short on computer spikes, search the broken droid in the NW corner of the room.
7 of 8: Then access the fuel containment functions and shut down the containment fields.
8 of 8: From there, it's a short trip to the turbolift that leads to the fuel depot.
