How do I make them tow the train?
1 of 6: Talk to the couple on the barge. You cannot just follow the barge -- you need to cross the canal overpass and head towards the train again. Then, walk beyond the locomotive until you see them.
2 of 6: Choose "HELP" from the Dialogue Notebook, and they'll throw you a chain.
3 of 6: But you need something to attach the chain to the train.
4 of 6: A hook. Have you seen one around?
5 of 6: Walk back to the place where you first met the Stationmaster. There is a hook on the ground (unless it is in your Inventory).
