Where do I find the voice cylinder and what do I do with it?
1 of 3: It is in the same compartment in the giant automaton, where the handle and Hans' designs were.
2 of 3: Just above Kate's left shoulder as she is standing after she entered. You probably had to pick it up to uncover the handle.
3 of 3: The voice cylinder in this scene has absolutely no significance. You can put it in the compartment in the train beneath the Hans and Anna figurines, but you don't have to do so to finish the game. Whether this is a bug or a feature is unknown.
