Where do I find the soldier in the Cosmodrome?
1 of 2: He is in his quarters. In the space capsule.
2 of 2: The space capsule is on the upper level. Follow your cursor for two screens from the monorail. Go up a set of stairs in the back of the third screen and head right. There is another, smaller set of stairs to climb, and the space capsule is on the right of the next screen, with its door open.
