Where do I use the crank handle?
1 of 3: It is to use on the siren to get Soyouz (the golden eagle) to chase all those birds away from the airship.
2 of 3: To get to the sirene, start by heading back to the open capsule where you first met the Colonel.
3 of 3: Then, go up the stairs to the left of that console. Souyuz and the siren are at the end of the path at the top of the stairs.
