How do I work the mechanism here?
1 of 6: What you're after is to have all of the bars retracted at the same time.
2 of 6: Pull each knob once to see what it does.
3 of 6: Each knob toggles at least two bars. If they're out, it makes them go in; if they're in, it makes them go out.
4 of 6: Label the knobs A through E and the bars 1 through 5. Knob A toggles bars 1 and 3; B toggles 2 and 5; C toggles 2, 3, and 4; D toggles 1 and 4; and E toggles 3 and 5.
5 of 6: When you're done, the bars will all be retracted and the knobs will alternate right and left.
