How do I get into the monastery itself?

  • 1 of 11: Did you try ringing the bell?
  • 2 of 11: It doesn't work; the monk who runs the elevator merely looks at you and shakes his head. Dang!
  • 3 of 11: Remember how you got into the Bourgoff brothers' yard?
  • 4 of 11: Maybe there's a back door to the monastery.
  • 5 of 11: Go right past the elevator till you get to a pool.
  • 6 of 11: There's no back door here, but there *is* a monk doing laundry.
  • 7 of 11: Talk to him, and he'll eventually say that you can't go in because you're female.
  • 8 of 11: But how much can that elevator monk really see from thirty feet up?
  • 9 of 11: Maybe if you looked like a monk he'd let you in.
  • 10 of 11: So grab one of the habits the monk is laundering.
  • 11 of 11: Once you have a habit, go ring the doorbell again.
